My name is Rudiano. I am a writer, thinker, and navigator. I create nonfiction,fiction, courses, videos, and songs from the same place: a compulsion to find the architecture behind things and name it clearly, so that the people it has been working against can finally see it.

The essays are where I think out loud. Systems, institutions, employment, health, the machinery underneath everyday life. Uncomfortable at times, but aiming to be useful, always.

The short stories mostly carry the same lens, but through character and narrative. One drops every month (on the 24th). Three collections thus far, each one going a little deeper than the last.

What this is not
This is not a self-help platform. It is not motivational content. It does not tell you to work harder, think more positively, or optimise your morning routine.
If the system failed you, the answer is not to double down and try harder in the hope that the system will eventually work in your favor. The answer is to stop, reflect, and change your approach.
